Generalities

Hello everyone,
This account is dedicated to various stock pictures. I’m uploading here anything that can be used as a stock : animals, backgrounds, items, textures, linearts…..
Every picture on this account is free to use for any non-commercial use. You can use my pictures as illustrations, references or manipulation material.
You won’t find humans there, though, as my friends doesn’t want to be used as stocks.
I may take requests as well, if there is anything I can photograph for you, just ask for it.

You can : (if you give credit)
- Use my pictures for manipulations
- Use my pictures as references for drawings
- Trace over my pictures
- Use my pictures as illustrations without modification
- Post your drawings/manips on other websites
- Share my stocks by giving a link to their DA page
- Do gore art
- Use for commissions paid with virtual money other than DA points (sim currency…)
- Use for commissions paid with real money > READ the paragraph bellow !

You can't :
- Manipulate my pictures without crediting
- Repost them without a direct link to my deviantArt
- Use to create other stocks

Usages

You can use my pictures for almost everything. You can use them for manipulations, website layouts, drawing references, or use them without modification for illustrations or whatever. Tracing over photographs is allowed, but not over linearts and bases.
However, you are not allowed to redistribute my pictures in any way. If you want to share my stocks, you can share my deviantart’s link. You aren’t allowed to use my stock to make other stocks, like premade backgrounds.
You can display work made with my pictures on any legal website.
You can use my stocks for any kind of legal pictures. You can do gore, nude or light sexual pictures, I don’t care. Just don’t use my stocks for zoophilia, pedophilia, or any kind of sexual fetish that may be considered illegal.
Whatever you do with my stocks, please show me the result. I want to know what you’re doing with my pictures.

Crediting

When posting your work (drawing, manip or whatever) on DeviantArt, you have to credit me by giving a link to my DA profile or the stock’s page.
When using your work outside of DA, I may accept you not to give credit if my stock is a tiny detail of your art. If my picture is the main subject or background of the picture, you have to credit me either on the picture itself or with a text next to it. But if you’re just using a little flower of mine in the background, along with many other flowers, then you don’t have to credit me outside. But credit on DA is still required.

Paid commissions

You are free to use my stocks for free requests and trades without having to ask me. But for any kind of paid commission, rules are different.
- If you want to use my stocks for commissions paid with real money or DA poins, or any professional use of any kind, the rules depend of what you are planing to do :
If my picture is just a small detail of the final picture (like a flower added to a background, a texture used to pattern a shape...), or if my picture is heavily modified (to the point it is barely recognizable anymore), then you can use my stocks free of charge, even for paid commissions.
If my picture is going to be a big part of the final piece (unmodified background, animal that is just slapped over a background....), then you have to contact me first. I may ask for a percentage depending of the kind of use you’re planning to do, and the importance of my picture in your final work.
- If you're selling commissions made with my stock for any kind of virtual currency, other than DA points, that cannot be turned into real money, like any sim-game currency, you don't have to ask me anything, you can use my stocks freely for those.
- Rules are a bit different for linearts and bases. You can make point adoptables out of them, but do not recolor them according to an existant character (or someone’s OC) and then sell them for money, being real or virtual money. Recolor is not artwork.
